**About Lyana**

Lyana is a subsidiary of UNION DES MOUSQUETAIRES, operating in the non-food sector. Our company specializes in the packaging of cut flowers and the trading of horticultural products, combining the agility of a small-sized company with the strength of a large group.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Organize and coordinate the activity of the order pickers team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Ensure smooth daily shipments and handle shipping declarations to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct quality and quantity control of shipped goods to maintain high standards.
  • Manage packaging supplies and participate in organizing planned volumes to optimize inventory levels.
  • Coordinate and lead the order pickers team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Welcome and supervise temporary staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Implement preparation pathways to improve order preparation efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the platform and its surroundings to maintain a safe working environment.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Prior experience in logistics is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, initiative, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
