Job Summary

Unilabs, a leading provider of diagnostic services, is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As an innovative and customer-focused company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality diagnostic services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Coordinate efforts across projects to drive business growth and optimize resource allocation.
  • Play a key role at the country/cluster level to support both Country Leadership Teams (CLTs) and global initiative leaders in achieving organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic input to market CLTs and support the development of new initiatives.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members to drive project outcomes.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and optimize future project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project portfolio management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
