We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Operations to join our team at Symrise. As a key member of our HR Operations network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services and driving innovative processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- HR Service Delivery: Lead the entire range of HR administrative and payroll tasks, ensuring global consistency and enhancing both manager and employee experiences.
- Process Improvement: Review and adapt the HR service delivery structure to meet changing business needs, ensuring streamlined, digitalized, and simplified HR operational processes and solutions.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the HR Operations team to ensure the local HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build partnerships and solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to define and develop successful, scalable processes and practices.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 10 years of work experience within the field of HR Shared Services and/or Payroll, preferably in an international matrix environment.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience with a clear sense of accountability and results orientation.
- Skills: Proven business partnering, collaboration, and influencing skills; advanced stakeholder management of senior business and HR leaders.
