Senior Business Risk Manager

At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management function, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining our overall risk management and risk governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on governance, capital adequacy, capital planning, and capital stress testing scenarios and methodology.
- Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements.
- Participate and develop the stress testing framework, ensuring respect of Société Générale Group guidelines and consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions relating to Stress Test scenarios, ensuring sound capital and liquidity management.
- Coordinate the annual update of Stress Testing Framework, including Stress Testing Scenario Development and reverse stress test scenarios.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry.
- Ability to drive key deliverables and review the calibration of the Risk Appetite indicators.
- Knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or regulatory/supervisory guidelines.
- Experience in Capital Management projects and analysis of new regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience with roles in the Risk Management and Capital Management space, particularly with Capital planning, SREP, ICAAP, and Stress Test.
