Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in French and English
