Job Title: Cloud SRE Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud SRE Team Lead to join our team at Ekinops. As a Cloud SRE Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SRE engineers in charge of industrializing delivery pipelines for Compose Cloud solutions onto Azure SaaS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing SRE team in charge of industrialization of delivery pipelines (Terraform, Ansible, K8S helm charts) of Compose Cloud solutions onto Azure SaaS.
  • Making DevSecOps a reality through continuous automation and disciplined alignment to ITIL (Change, Monitoring and Incident handling) and Security principles (Security by design, Segregation of duties, RBAC, zerotrust).
  • Continuous observation and improvement of quality, performance, operability of our solutions in the cloud.
  • Working closely with Infrastructure and Security team to harden the security of our devsecops pipelines and our Cloud landing zone and improve our observability solutions (Grafana, signalFX).
  • Working closely with Solution Delivery team to support performance, scalability and operability testing and improve our services.
  • Exploring possibilities of new technologies (K8S operators, AI ...) and new clouds (GCP) to propose new perspective in the roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading DevOps teams on a SaaS delivery model (2-3 years managing a team of 3 people).
  • Strong technical background in Software and Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Architect minded.
  • Fluent in French and English.
