Job Title: Technical IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Project Manager to join our Internal IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change management initiatives, facilitating the adoption of new IT processes and systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Akeneo's transformation evangelist, promoting and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage IT projects, including password manager replacement, laptop recycling initiatives, and other similar projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on structuring projects, such as ERP, System Interconnection, and other initiatives.
  • Enhance IT awareness and adoption of tools within the organization by organizing enablement sessions.
  • Identify and address support needs across various teams, including finance, sales, HR, and others.
  • Document, communicate, launch, and monitor IT technical evolutions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in information systems urbanisation projects.
  • Strong sense of ownership for managing end-to-end project development cycles.
  • Knowledge of information system urbanization principles and practices.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • Ability to lead projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
