Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Communication Project Manager and Content Writer. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our internal and external communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development, design, and distribution of our bi-monthly newsletter available in multiple languages.
  • Engage actively in Editorial Committee meetings held every two months.
  • Conduct both internal and external monitoring to ensure effective communication.
  • Publish diverse content on our intranet, including news updates and press releases, in the three languages of the Group.
  • Oversee the management of our virtual library and media resources.
  • Contribute to the production of Group magazine editions in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Create internal support materials and relevant content.
  • Design and adapt visual elements for various communication needs.
  • Provide support for Community Management initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a BAC +4 in Communications through an apprenticeship program.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools such as Drupal, Sharepoint, Canva, and Sarbacane.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Genuine interest in editorial tasks, which are central to this position.
  • Enthusiasm for digital platforms and their applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a high degree of autonomy.
