Job Title: French Language Trainer at BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is a leading training organization in the construction industry, managing 11 facilities dedicated to training apprentices in Building and Public Works, from CAP to Engineer level.
With a team of 600 passionate employees across 9 departments, we welcome over 8000 learners in a wide range of trades, providing quality training that prepares them for a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare curriculum content and materials
- Design and implement exam topics and assess student competencies
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor learners at the training facility and in the workplace
- Participate in educational meetings and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
- Provide language support to non-native French-speaking learners
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree (MEEF, humanities)
- Preferred experience: 3 years in teaching or youth leadership
- Contract type: Fixed-term
- Salary range: €27,000 - €31,000 per year
