Job Title: Order Preparation Specialist
About the Role:
Groupe Partnaire, a leading talent recruiter, is seeking a skilled Order Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of orders for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation: Utilize a stock picking system to efficiently prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Quality Control: Inspect prepared orders to guarantee quality and adherence to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in department activities as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Logistics and Packaging: Handle packaging and pallet assembly, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure accuracy in customer labels on preparation forms, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Productivity and Safety: Meet deadlines, productivity targets, quality procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Requirements:
- Certification: CACES 1 certification is required for this role.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
Working Hours and Location:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
