We are seeking a talented individual to join our Graduate Program France, a prestigious development program designed to equip future managers with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the logistics industry.
About the Program
The Graduate Program is a 30-32 month journey that will take you through various roles and responsibilities, including:
- Management Operations: You will start as an Affreter/Exploitant, responsible for managing teams and optimizing logistics operations.
- Support Operations: You will then move to a support role, focusing on process improvement, IT expertise, and quality assurance.
- Cellule 4PL Management: After completing the program, you will be appointed as a Responsable Cellule 4PL, responsible for managing a team and overseeing logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Program participant, you will be responsible for:
- Team Management: Leading and developing a team of logistics professionals.
- Logistics Operations Management: Optimizing logistics operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets and ensuring financial performance.
Requirements
To be eligible for this program, you must have:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: Less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
