- Key Responsibilities
- To design and implement a global template process for solution concepts and process design based on defined business requirements.
- To redesign existing processes by customizing and establishing specifications for developments and executing testing.
- To design specific business requirements when required and agreed upon.
- To participate in the global roll-out implementation by participating in all phases, including local Business Blueprint, Realisation, Integration Test, and Go Live Support, and to implement the Richemont template in the area of SD while doing parallel roll-outs.
- To provide training and maintenance during the implementation phase and to the regional competence centres.
- To provide 3rd level support for the regional competence centres, including core system enhancement, helpdesk handling, and escalation contact.
- To work on documentation, including customizing, template process documentation, and development specification.

Pre-requisites for the Job
- University degree in Information Systems, with a focus on Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information Technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of successful implementation experience in SAP SD solution.
- Proven experience in SAP SD, ideally with experience in standard flow implementation, pricing and tax implementation, and intercompany flow implementation.
- Integration knowledge, especially SAP PO/CPI based, API based technology, and messaging backbone systems.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics Execution, Material Management, and Retail.
- Familiarity with Omnichannel concepts and processes.
- Exposure to Online Sales or Ecommerce Projects.
- Fluent English, French would be a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-player.
- Internationally mobile and willing to travel extensively.
