The Compliance Analyst is a key role within TD SYNNEX's Ethics and Compliance Program, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compliance initiatives. This position will work closely with the Ethics and Compliance Department to identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement in compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidents.
• Develop and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates, and ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or compliance.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
