Quality Assurance and Procurement Specialist

In this role, you will report directly to the Quality Assurance and Purchasing Manager, playing a vital part in supporting the operations of our department. Your contributions will be essential to our pursuit of operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas:

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the oversight, promotion, and upkeep of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification currently implemented at Secure-IC.
  • Aid in the ongoing enhancement of established processes.
  • Draft, revise, and disseminate various quality-related procedures.
  • Aggregate and evaluate quality data sets.
  • Take part in audits and assist in their preparation.
  • Help organize management reviews and support the creation of quality performance reports and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the future implementation of new certifications.

Purchasing Process Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage the procurement process and support its continuous improvement (supplier assessments, risk evaluations, etc.).
  • Participate in purchasing-related tasks (preparation of purchase orders, monitoring compliance with delivery schedules, etc.).
  • Ensure effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain the quality of products and services.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Quality Management or equivalent experience in the field, supplemented by training in Quality Management (internal auditor training, development of a Quality Management System, compliance with ISO 9001 standards).
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient understanding of Quality Management methodologies and tools (at a minimum, general ISO standards).
  • Familiarity with procurement practices and tools (preferably ERP Sage X3).
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong writing capabilities.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
