Transportation Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at Daher.
Key Responsibilities- Establish quotations for additional services and negotiate with suppliers.
- Record customer orders, review contracts, and control the offering.
- Monitor the smooth running of the service and keep customers informed.
- Maintain a commercial approach and be attentive to customers.
- Control the quality of customer/agent relations in compliance with contracts.
- Establish and update customer files specific to each type of traffic.
- Record operational anomalies and complaints, and deal with them within your responsibilities.
- Prepare invoicing and issue invoices according to the defined process.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and integrate environmental and safety requirements.
- Master and control proper performance of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment rules.
- Comply with confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in administrative activities and be the single point of contact for customers.
- Plan and organize drivers' work, determine technical solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Manage the vehicle fleet and adapt activities for employees on work-study placements.
- Professional qualification or 2-year degree-level qualification in Transportation.
