Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Product Manager to join our product-oriented scaleup. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards excellence, helping them build products that solve customers' problems efficiently.
Your main mission will be to:
- Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers to achieve top-notch product quality and exceptional team performance
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations
- Hire and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company objectives
- Measure and optimize product performance to meet ambitious goals that align with Qonto's strategic objectives
As a Lead Product Manager at Qonto, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with an in-house design studio of 80 people
- Join a distributed team of 50 Product Managers
- Contribute to improving well-defined ways of working
- Directly impact Qonto's success by working on one of our product verticals
