We are seeking a seasoned professional
to drive the development of a portfolio of premium mobile games. As a Senior Producer/Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the product from concept to launch, ensuring excellent execution and delivery. Your expertise in premium games development and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the success of our games.This role is remote and requires strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for premium games;
- Lead development teams to deliver high-quality games;
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and partner with developers and publishers;
- Pitch game opportunities to potential partners and publishers;
- Own the P&L for premium games, including product roadmap and budget management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry;
- Strong expertise in premium games development and knowledge of f2p development;
- Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills;
- Strong goal orientation mindset and ability to own the project;
- Excellent English level;
- Passion for video games.
