Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Cashier to join our team at our Aulnay Sous Bois store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process cash transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in commerce or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
