SIMULIA UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at DASSAULT SYSTEMES. As a UX Designer for SIMULIA, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our simulation-based products.

• Conduct User Research: Gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and challenges to inform design decisions.
• Innovate AI-Based User Experiences: Design and develop AI-powered user interfaces that enhance the simulation goal achievement process.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Create Wireframes and Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
• Apply Strong Information Architecture Skills: Organize and structure complex information to create intuitive user experiences.

• Degree in Ergonomics, UX Design, or Multimedia: A degree in a related field is required.
• Technical Background or Experience: A strong understanding of technical concepts and experience in various fields is essential.
• Experience with AI-Based Products: Familiarity with AI-powered products and their design principles is necessary.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English: Fluency in English is a must for effective communication.
• Team Player with Strong Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• Expertise in UX Design Software: Proficiency in UX design software is required to create high-quality design solutions.
