Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Pro Emploi is seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruitment Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the integration and oversight of employees participating in training initiatives, while also addressing the requirements of our partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with partners and candidates regarding the services offered by Pro Emploi
  • Assess candidates' competencies and training program requirements
  • Collaborate with support personnel to facilitate the successful integration of candidates
  • Align trained personnel with the demands of client companies
  • Engage in client meetings and ensure quality follow-ups
  • Assist employees in their professional growth and training opportunities
  • Contribute to local employment initiatives and programs
  • Compile necessary information for internal reporting and activity summaries

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position is required.
