Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Pro Emploi is seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruitment Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the integration and oversight of employees participating in training initiatives, while also addressing the requirements of our partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with partners and candidates regarding the services offered by Pro Emploi
- Assess candidates' competencies and training program requirements
- Collaborate with support personnel to facilitate the successful integration of candidates
- Align trained personnel with the demands of client companies
- Engage in client meetings and ensure quality follow-ups
- Assist employees in their professional growth and training opportunities
- Contribute to local employment initiatives and programs
- Compile necessary information for internal reporting and activity summaries

Location: Lognes, Seine-et-Marne
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position is required.
A valid driver's license is necessary.
