**Job Title:** Industrial Painter
**Job Summary:** MyJobCompany is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces in a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Follow Production Schedule:** Follow the production schedule provided by the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Surface Preparation:** Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as required.
- **Painting:** Apply coatings to surfaces using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- **Protection:** Protect surfaces not to be painted by applying masks and other protective materials.
- **Material Preparation:** Prepare materials for application, including mixing and measuring coatings.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain and repair equipment used for painting.
- **Quality Control:** Inspect work for quality and completeness.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 1+ year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- **Education:** Diploma or certification in painting or a related field.
- **Skills:** Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
