Job DescriptionThe **Chef de Secteur** is responsible for developing the sales and market share of our brands in their assigned territory. This role requires a strong commercial background and experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Sales and Market Share: Prepare visits and analyze performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement plans to increase sales and market share.
- Implement Commercial Strategy: Execute the commercial strategy and prioritize business objectives. Analyze key performance indicators and provide recommendations to clients.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ELS, Chef de Rayon, and Directeur PDV. Diagnose the situation of our brands in stores and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activity and competitive analysis.
- Team Management: Manage a team of Promoteurs des Ventes in hypermarkets. Develop and communicate the agenda and objectives for each week.
We are looking for a candidate with a commercial background and experience in sales and marketing. A strong understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record of developing sales and market share is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
