Job Description

The **Chef de Secteur** is responsible for developing the sales and market share of our brands in their assigned territory. This role requires a strong commercial background and experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Sales and Market Share: Prepare visits and analyze performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement plans to increase sales and market share.
  2. Implement Commercial Strategy: Execute the commercial strategy and prioritize business objectives. Analyze key performance indicators and provide recommendations to clients.
  3. Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ELS, Chef de Rayon, and Directeur PDV. Diagnose the situation of our brands in stores and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activity and competitive analysis.
  5. Team Management: Manage a team of Promoteurs des Ventes in hypermarkets. Develop and communicate the agenda and objectives for each week.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a commercial background and experience in sales and marketing. A strong understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record of developing sales and market share is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
