We intervene on industrial projects and large-scale construction projects in the fields of energy, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, environment, construction, rail transport, and automotive.
The projects in the nuclear sector involve the design, manufacturing, and installation of piping, pipefitting, and equipment support, as well as the installation of subcontracted instrumentation.
Job Responsibilities- Support a senior project manager in the realization of technical and financial offers.
- Follow up on the budget of the affairs and consolidated financial reporting.
- Pilot the project schedule and follow up on progress.
- Prepare additional work offers.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the EDF (Engineering and Site) client.
- Update progress indicators and report to management on Safety / Deadline / Quality.
- Prepare internal and external project specifications.
- Participate in the definition of the industrial project schema with the senior project manager.
- Participate in the deployment of digital solutions (investigation with tablet, digitalization of intervention flows).
- Coordinate and verify the proper use of project realization methods adapted to each new contract.
- Follow up on contractual matters jointly with the contract manager.
- Follow up on invoicing and manage cash flow.
- Participate in design reviews, detail reviews, and selection of materials and equipment.
- Participate in the writing of internal and external subcontracting specifications.
- Follow up on non-conformity treatment and deviation reports.
- Organize surveillance of subcontractor deliverables.
- Organize and follow up on internal study surveillance (Isometric / Plan / Support Document).
- Communicate with on-site/atelier teams.
- Capture Return on Experience after each case.
A technical higher education degree (Bac+5) in project management or engineering is required. Ideally, you have a first successful experience in project management/planning in the nuclear sector.
Adaptability, team spirit, and technical curiosity will allow you to thrive in this role with excellent opportunities for growth.
