We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Power Systems DCX team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Anticipate business requirements and develop optimization strategies
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications
- Collaborate with technology teams to design innovative solutions
- Serve as a link between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements and process flows
- Participate in system testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- A Business Analyst certification is appreciated
- Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience in web technology development and software platforms
- Agile mode knowledge
- Fluent in French and English
