Join Our Team as a Commercial Development Manager

At UPTOO, we're passionate about mobility in urban spaces and committed to optimizing and modernizing parking spaces. Our team has been accompanying users and space managers for over 10 years with expertise.

We offer a comprehensive range of mobility sensors (vehicle counting, pedestrian counting, bike counting, access control) and ultra-efficient solutions to streamline parking and movement. Our values of precision, reliability, and 360° vision are key to our success in this growing market.

We're looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join our team and become a key driver of our growth. As a direct report to our CEO, you'll be involved in strategic thinking and commercial development. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Valuing our expertise and advising clients on our solutions.
  • Managing incoming leads, conducting commercial negotiations to convert business opportunities.
  • Managing direct prescription and conducting rigorous referencing work with local agencies and national installers.

Your targets will be shopping centers, airports, companies, and local authorities. Your offers will include parking guidance, pedestrian counting, soft mobility analysis, and access control.

The position is based in Lille, with 70% sedentary work and 30% travel in France.

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of commercial experience, a strong commercial drive, and effective sales methods. You'll be part of a dynamic and committed team, and we value your commercial temperament and negotiation skills.
