Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned nurse to lead training sessions for future ambulance assistants. As a Nursing Education Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, providing individual and group support to students, and implementing the IFA pedagogical project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs following a pedagogical progression
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to students to ensure their success
  • Implement the IFA pedagogical project, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Prepare and organize meetings with stakeholders, including pedagogical, technical, and disciplinary meetings
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance training opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with students' rights and obligations
  • Manage educational materials and resources
  • Contribute to quality assurance and professional development initiatives

You will be based in Longueau center, with occasional travel to different IFA centers in the Hauts-de-France region.

Requirements:

Must hold a Registered Nurse diploma and have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in hospital emergency care within the last 10 years.

Must have AFGSU 2 certification for emergency care training.

Preferably, at least 1 year of teaching experience.

Skills needed include objectivity, adaptability, organization, communication, listening, diplomacy, teamwork, and continuous learning.
