Position Overview

• Utilization of advanced sequencing technologies and automated systems in molecular biology
• Oversee the sample reception process through to biological validation
• Engage in the research and development of cutting-edge genomic technologies
• Execute biological sample reception, nucleic acid extraction, quantification, and quality assessment
• Prepare samples for external dispatch
• Design primers for PCR, qPCR, and cDNA applications
• Conduct PCR, RT-PCR, electrophoresis, capillary sequencing, high-throughput sequencing, and genomic DNA optical mapping
• Support the laboratory's quality assurance initiatives

Candidate Profile

Possession of a laboratory technician diploma with a background in molecular genetics and experience in high-throughput sequencing methodologies
