Job Purpose

We are seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects within the organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of Proxy PO/Project managers to deliver various projects and programs, including the rollout of an IGA (Saviynt) in 10 entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align projects with the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
  • Manage a team of project managers, anticipate capacity needs, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee a group of related projects and initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to project managers within the program.
  • Monitor overall program progress, resolve issues, and communicate with senior management.
  • Drive program governance, establish best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project and program management tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management tools to oversee and manage a group of projects within the program.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or others.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
