Groupe PAROT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the visibility and success of our commercial vehicle offerings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Oversee 360° Marketing Plans: Craft and implement multi-faceted marketing campaigns that encompass diverse channels and tactics to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate Marketing Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional assets.
  • Organize Promotional Events and Trade Shows: Plan and execute engaging events and trade show appearances that generate leads, build brand awareness, and foster customer relationships.
  • Analyze Performance and Drive Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
  • Manage Budgets and Invoices: Effectively oversee marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing operations role
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of success
  • Creative and innovative thinking ability
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license
