As a Manager in our Client & Digital practice, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients in the asset and wealth management sector. Based in France, you will be part of our European Client & Digital practice, which forms part of a wider Global practice. You will play a pivotal role in developing our value proposition in Europe and driving business growth.

  • Delivering exciting assignments in an international environment, including the possibility of exchanges with other offices of the group.
  • Working with high-potential employees in a dynamic environment.
  • Developing strategies and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes on budget.
  • Monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed about project progress and expected outcomes to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Developing long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  • You will also participate in the development of the Client & Digital practice, business management areas, such as Marketing or Recruitment, development of existing/new propositions or services, and commercial development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in consulting or projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
  • Experience in projects involving Target Operating Model, business processes, data analysis, and/or Digital Transformation in areas such as Distribution technology, CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics), Reporting, Marketing automation, Client Portal, etc.
  • An understanding of market trends, drivers, and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market in Fund distribution, Client relationship, and distribution-related topics.
  • First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with an excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • A proven track record in client relationship development, including examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, both with clients, colleagues, and junior team members.
  • A focus on team achievement rather than individual goals.
  • A strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Eligibility to work in France.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of approximately €60,000-€80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
