Our activities in temporary staffing and recruitment are organized into four main sectors: 'Staff' for tertiary roles, 'Care' for medical-social positions, BTP, Transport Logistics, and Industry 'Missions', complemented by two recruitment firms, 'HC Resources' and 'Nextep HR'. Additionally, we provide a variety of HR diversification services, including wage portage, training, evaluation, and transition management.
Domino Missions Gap is currently seeking a Prefabrication Operations Manager to become part of our client's team under a permanent contract.
- Assume comprehensive responsibility for the prefabrication production process.
- Plan, organize, and oversee production to fulfill client timelines and specifications.
- Guarantee service quality while prioritizing health, safety, and adherence to standards.
- Identify and schedule the technical and human resources necessary to meet production objectives.
- Establish daily production timelines and monitor the entire production workflow using performance metrics.
- Supervise production activities by managing manufacturing constraints and determining the essential resources to achieve targets regarding volume, quality, cost, deadlines, safety, and environmental standards.
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance industrial performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to production personnel to foster skill development.
Compensation and Benefits:
