Logistics Manager

Agromousquetaires, a leading industrial division within the Les Mousquetaires Group, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Manager to oversee logistical operations at our base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams to achieve set objectives under the guidance of the Director and Regional Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Analyze data and indicators to inform operational decisions.
- Schedule Development: Develop schedules to optimize logistical operations.
- Operational Objectives: Set and achieve operational objectives in collaboration with the Director and Regional Logistics Manager.
- Team Management: Lead and manage teams to ensure effective logistical operations.
- Compliance and Safety: Enforce rules and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Monitor training and medical exams to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Accident Reporting: Handle accident reports and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales department to ensure seamless logistical operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Prepare quotes and maintain facility upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
- Health and Safety Initiatives: Implement health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in transport and logistics and possess a professional capacity certificate for heavy goods transport. With strong team management skills and proficiency in tools like the Pack Office, SAP, and Timedisc, the Logistics Manager should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
