Job Summary:

The Production Technician - Manufacturing Process Specialist will be responsible for executing and fine-tuning manufacturing processes, maintaining, transmitting, and developing technologies related to manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the completion of all production processes in a reproducible manner to provide customers with perfect reliability within specified deadlines and costs.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  • Interface with clients and the workshop during product manufacturing.

Key Activities:

  • Operate production processes in Granulation/Mixing/Compression/Capsule Filling/Coating/Packaging.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with the senior formulation technician and propose preventive actions.
  • Conduct trials with clients on-site or with new manufacturing technologies or equipment.
  • Perform delegated preventive maintenance operations.
  • Conduct functionality and safety tests on equipment.
  • Manage workshop PPE stocks.
  • Manage consumable stocks in the workshop.
  • Manage machine parts to be changed for each campaign.
  • Provide process information necessary for drafting reports and test reports for clients.

Quality and HSE:

  • Prevent anomalies, accidents, or process deviations.
  • Contribute to the site safety policy.

Training and Documentation:

  • Propose BPR modifications, gather necessary justifications, and submit to the senior development technician and/or workshop supervisor.
  • Provide technical training to operators on workstations and offer technical assistance.
  • Draft operator manuals for Granulation/Mixing/Compression/Capsule Filling/Coating work areas.

Required Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma to Associate degree with experience in pharmaceutical production.
  • Technical knowledge: pharmaceutical production processes.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.
  • Human skills: autonomy, writing ability, proactive, observant, analytical mindset.
  • Available and flexible with hours.
