As an Endpoint Management Consultant, you will be accountable for the daily operations of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) installations for client evaluations and acquisitions. You will address all support requirements for clients utilizing the Workspace ONE platform.

Your responsibilities will include configuring, installing, and troubleshooting various software challenges related to the deployment and upkeep of VMware Workspace ONE UEM products. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, along with the capability to cater to diverse skill levels. You will serve as a proactive resource for Unisys clients by recognizing new features and advancements in mobile technology, particularly those pertaining to the Workspace ONE platform. Detailed documentation will be provided as necessary for both our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Workspace ONE Platform, including UEM, Access, and Intelligence.
  • Deliver courteous and timely support to all clients and colleagues.
  • Assist existing Workspace ONE clients with troubleshooting, upgrades, and general inquiries.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices and laptops is essential (iOS, Android, Mac OS, Windows 10, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 is highly valued.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and comfort in engaging directly with clients during in-depth product discussions.
  • Occasionally engage in the pre-sales process to comprehend the client's business, technical goals, and product needs.
  • Implement solutions to fulfill business and technical objectives, including Assessment, Design, Implementation, Transitional Support, and Optimization.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and feel at ease working with all organizational levels, including account teams, technical architects, directors, VPs, and CXOs.
  • Willingness to travel as client needs arise.

Project Management:

  • Accurately assess resource requirements for specific projects or tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and similar activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates to prioritize tasks effectively.

Success Factors:

Required Skills:

  • Experience with VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE
    • VMware Workspace ONE technical certifications (e.g., VSP, VTSP).
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
  • Proficient in internet navigation.
  • General working knowledge of MS Windows and Apple macOS.
  • Solid understanding of network and security management (Load Balancer, Firewall, WAF, etc.).
  • Familiarity with certificate management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Office 365 Administration.
  • Google Suite proficiency.
  • Identity Providers (e.g., Okta, PING).
  • DEEM (Nexthink, 1E).
  • Mobile Threat Defense (Lookout).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • At least 4 years of prior experience in IT engineering across various technologies; a deep understanding of multiple technologies is essential.
