AXA Investment Managers is a leading global asset management company within the AXA Group. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Controller - Corporate to join our team in either London or Paris office.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the Corporate Management of investment structures in Europe, focusing on different real estate asset classes, geographies, and risk profiles. The role will involve monitoring financial performance, preparing investor reports, managing FX hedging exposures, and overseeing fund distributions.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and supervision of investment vehicles and separate accounts
- Management of the investment structure, including cash management, tax structure maintenance, and compliance with tax and legal obligations
- Preparation of cash forecasts, capital calls, and cash upstreams
- Derivatives management, including rules, CCS, collateral, and hedging ratios
- Compliance with fund/mandate documentation, including guidelines checks
- Fund performance monitoring, including IRR and waterfall calculations
- Reporting and reconciliation of dashboards and financial information
- Audits and service provider reviews
- Ad-hoc and transversal projects, including analysis and queries with other departments
We are looking for a team player with a strong background in finance, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a financial institution, preferably in asset management or private equity/debt funds. Advanced skills in Excel/VBA and knowledge of Simcorp Dimension are a plus.
