As part of a rapidly growing business, we thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and strategic thinking are paramount. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail media by transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform our clients' strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into massive datasets to extract meaningful insights and uncover hidden patterns.
- Develop scalable analytical solutions using cutting-edge tools within Criteo's analytics stack (Hadoop, Vertica, Python, Flask web applications, and more).
- Design innovative analytical approaches to measure the performance of Brands & Retailers, from conception to presentation of results. Leverage your expertise in statistical thinking, A/B testing, bootstrapping, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Technical teams to identify and prioritize analytical needs, shaping our team's roadmap for success.
- Communicate data-driven recommendations and insights effectively to various stakeholders, including R&D, product, commercial teams, and clients.
- Mentor junior Data Analysts within the Paris office, sharing your technical expertise and fostering operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of evolving Criteo Retail Media products and technologies to ensure your knowledge remains current.
Who You Are:
- You possess a genuine passion for data and are eager to work with leading-edge technologies in the dynamic online industry.
- You have proven experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, demonstrating a strong foundation in analytical principles and methodologies.
- You hold a Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.).
- You are proficient in SQL and Python, including essential data libraries such as pandas and numpy. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming is highly valued.
- You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- A background in the digital industry or consulting is a significant asset.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and possess the soft skills to effectively communicate with diverse teams and individuals.
- You are fluent in English.
