Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Techlead to join our team as a DevOps Engineer. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and maintaining our CI/CD platform, as well as collaborating with development teams to integrate their work and implement automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise and Frameworks
    • Act as the primary point of contact for DSI services on development frameworks
    • Collaborate with operations teams to automate deployment and environment construction
    • Develop and propose technical solutions to meet business needs in integration and automation phases
    • Ensure technical implementation and integration with project teams
  • Integration and Deployment
    • Maintain and evolve continuous integration and source integration
    • Maintain and evolve deployment automation for applications
    • Document solutions and communicate regularly with teams on progress
    • Guarantee technical industrialization of applications through CI/CD integration, coordinating with experts
    • Ensure user adoption of the solution
  • Platform Maintenance
    • Maintain the CI/CD platform, upgrading components and evolving the platform with new components
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in computer science or related field (BAC + 3 to 5)
  • Experience in development and CI/CD tools
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and methodologies
  • Expertise in frameworks, architectures, and development platforms (CI/CD)
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Spring, API
  • Integration and version management: Maven, Jenkins, SVN, Nexus, Sonar, GIT, Ansible, IaC/Terraform
  • Automated testing solutions: Junit, JMeter, Selenium, SOAP UI
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS) and traditional infrastructure (networks, systems, directories)
  • Containerization (Docker)
  • General knowledge of middleware solutions (databases, application servers) and production-related solutions (orchestrators and flows)
  • Open-minded, curious, and good interpersonal skills, with strong writing abilities
  • Dynamic and idea-driven, with a strong sense of commitment to team goals
