About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team at ENGIE France Retail. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Provide timely and effective support to our distributors during incidents, conducting necessary tests and analyzing situations to identify causes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes, developing procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain accurate documentation, preparing communications and reports to stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs, working closely with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems related to production incidents, developing and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in SAP and related technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with a focus on customer service and Symphonie tools.
