About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  2. Advise on HR Matters: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to our executive team, ensuring that we maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  3. Oversee Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead large-scale recruitment efforts to support our company's growth and expansion, developing talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various functions and geographies.
  4. Design and Implement Organizational Structures: Develop and implement organizational structures that support business growth and scalability, ensuring that our teams are aligned and equipped to deliver results.
  5. Lead Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee productivity, engagement, and retention, ensuring that our employees feel valued and motivated.
  6. Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating countries, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.

Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role, with a track record of success in leading HR teams and driving business outcomes.
  2. Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  4. Excellent Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our executive team, employees, and external stakeholders.
  5. International Experience: Experience with international HR management is highly desirable, with the ability to navigate complex cultural and regulatory environments.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
