Position Overview:The Global Security Operations Associate Manager oversees the Security Operations program for Salesforce in France. This role encompasses the continuous management, enhancement, and optimization of the Security Operations program.
The Associate Manager is accountable for ensuring a secure environment for employees, executives, clients, visitors, and contractors by enforcing established security policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines, while also adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively coordinate efforts to implement tactical security operations, including vendor management, training, budget oversight, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead a vendor security operations team responsible for French locations.
- Provide guidance for contracted security operations in fulfilling business requirements, including the enforcement of Global Safety & Security standards.
- Monitor the performance of security contractors based on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance indicators.
- Assist in the vendor procurement process for security contractors in France as necessary.
- Conduct security-related training and orientations for employees and contractors as required.
- Plan, direct, and execute event security in collaboration with relevant partners for various events held within office spaces, including Specialty Floor Events, Lobby Activations, and Social Lounge Events.
Protest Response:
- Support coordinated responses to protests occurring on or near company premises.
- Serve as the Emergency Response Team Lead for the Paris office.
- Facilitate Active Aggressor program training at all Tier 1 & 2 sites in France.
- Track Security Operations case metrics across the France portfolio and identify trends affecting Salesforce facilities and personnel.
