The Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) expert possesses a profound understanding of ETFs coupled with a business development approach, aiming to significantly enhance the asset growth of AXA IM's ETF offerings in collaboration with Investment Teams and Sales departments.
Content Development for ETFs:- Take ownership of the marketing narrative and generate high-quality content and regular publications, ranging from macroeconomic analyses of the ETF market to insights on industry trends and reactions to market developments, while also repurposing existing materials to connect with ETFs.
- Create standard pitchbooks and tailored presentations for specific client and industry events, as well as notes for media engagements.
- Develop content that showcases the advantages of our ETF offerings and construct comparative tools to assess tracking error, total return, spreads, average daily volume, historical performance, and create scorecards.
- Serving as the primary contact for general sales inquiries, the ETF expert collaborates with the RFP team to formulate comprehensive and high-quality responses to prospective client requests, participating in the sales process from RFP review to pitch presentations.
- In coordination with various departments, compile and organize information regarding the firm, its strategies, processes, funds, and performance to address ad hoc and technical inquiries, and to prepare for review and prospective meetings.
- Work closely with global ETF sales teams to identify client requirements and develop resources to support sales efforts for each ETF, including articulating index tracking portfolio construction features and demonstrating the value of active ETFs when necessary.
- Assist in defining key performance messages.
- Provide relevant feedback from clients and the sales team.
Contribute to innovation initiatives.
Candidate ProfileEducation/Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Additional qualifications related to Asset Management or the ETF sector would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the ETF industry.
- A background in financial engineering would be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of ETFs, including both passive and active strategies.
- Strong understanding of Equity and Fixed Income asset classes.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
- Ability to articulate and concisely write on technical subjects is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for ETFs and a willingness to collaborate with other teams.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining a positive demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Creativity in presenting information is highly valued.
