About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ESG Analyst to join our team at Natixis Investment Managers International. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a critical role in shaping our sustainable finance strategy and contributing to the development of our activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG analysis and expertise to support our investment products and ensure alignment with market position.
  • Monitor and analyze national and supranational regulatory developments on sustainable finance, including SFDR, SRD, and SRD2.
  • Contribute to the development of relationships with stakeholders in the sustainable finance ecosystem, including NGOs, data providers, and market groups.
  • Lead collaborative projects on Article 29 LEC and define an approach on Taxonomy or PAIs at the entity level.
  • Assist in the design of data architecture related to our activities, including participation in internal or external working groups to identify and select methodologies on themes such as biodiversity, climate, or impact investment.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of sustainable finance best practices throughout the organization and ensure the proper integration of ESG in our work and projects.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 8 years of experience in consulting or a financial institution or investment fund, with a strong background in sustainable finance. You should be familiar with financial and investment instruments, EU regulations, and national regulations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and entrepreneurial, and demonstrate leadership and coordination skills.

You should be fluent in English with a C1 level and have a strong understanding of the sustainable finance ecosystem. You should be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and contribute to the development of our ESG roadmap.
