We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Design Lead - Marketing to join our team at Sweep, a leading sustainability data management platform. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for scaling our marketing efforts and building a strong brand identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a design system that is scalable across the company.
- Lead a team of freelance designers and multimedia producers, setting task-based goals and developing processes and tools to enable them to work effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management, content, and digital growth leads to develop and communicate business goals across different channels and creative assets.
- Elevate the level of design and consistency across marketing materials to help achieve Sweep's business goals.
- Switch between coordination and design work, creating or directing eye-catching ad creatives, website graphics, social media videos, animations, and more.
- 8+ years of experience in leading, managing, and scaling design teams.
- A strong portfolio of work, specifically in product design, showcasing full understanding of communication and visual skills.
- Experience developing complex design systems for digital products and print for a B2B business, from mobile and web applications to ad creatives, printed reports, and event collateral.
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment like product companies or growing startups.
- Strong command of English (written, spoken) and French is desired.
As a Brand Design Lead - Marketing at Sweep, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the world.
