LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, recherche pour son client, SIDEL spécialiste dans l'ingénierie et la fabrication de machines de conditionnement, un spécialiste de l'information pour intégrer un poste de IT Business Analyst Finance H/F en CDI. Ce poste consiste à travailler avec l'analyste commercial et les consultants de l'entreprise pour développer et améliorer les performances de nos systèmes informatiques pour le secteur financier, en se concentrant sur le soutien du site français. Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du Business Analyst pour spécifier, développer, maintenir et améliorer la performance des solutions qui automatisent nos processus d'affaires. Vous surveillerez également la performance globale des services informatiques qui soutiennent le processus de base et prendrez des mesures proactives et/ou réactives pour restaurer ou améliorer la performance du service. Le déploiement de solutions informatiques robustes pour les domaines de la finance et du contrôle de gestion. Soutenir le cycle de vie complet de la mise en œuvre de S/4HANA. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des partenaires et des clients pour garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs du projet.

IT Business Analyst Finance H/F - Octeville Vos principales missions porteront sur les activités suivantes :
  • Agir en tant que membre de l'équipe de support informatique axée sur la résolution des problèmes sur le site français :
  • Aider le partenaire de service externe à résoudre les incidents en fournissant les informations fonctionnelles nécessaires sur les processus commerciaux de Sidel et les points critiques de l'intégration des processus.
  • Proposer des actions/solutions pour améliorer le support informatique par l'automatisation, la simplification, la formation ou autre.
  • Communiquer les changements et fournir une formation aux utilisateurs clés ou aux utilisateurs concernés.
  • Liaison régulière avec les clients internes et externes
  • Travailler au sein d'une organisation matricielle complexe à l'échelle internationale
  • Fournir une expertise dans les fonctionnalités de SAP Finance
Votre profil

Votre profil :
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à travailler en collaboration.
- Un grand souci du détail, en particulier dans des situations de forte pression et d'activité intense.
- Capacité avérée à guider le travail d'autres personnes, y compris des fournisseurs et des prestataires de services externes, à interagir avec des personnes travaillant à distance, dans différents pays et dans des cultures commerciales et géographiques différentes.
- Connaissance et sensibilisation aux concepts, pratiques et procédures en matière de processus et de services.
- Plus de trois ans d'expérience dans la conception et le déploiement de solutions SAP pour les finances et le contrôle de gestion :
- Expérience des modules SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Expert en processus opérationnels visant à soutenir les activités financières.
- Vaste compréhension de la technologie et du développement de logiciels et des pratiques de mise en œuvre.
- Connaissance du processus de dématérialisation des factures (il est souhaitable d'avoir une expertise sur l'outil Esker).
