Job Title: Plieur (H/F)

Vulcanic is seeking a skilled Plieur (H/F) to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Marne, France.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plieur (H/F) to operate machines for folding metal parts in accordance with technical specifications. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of their hierarchical superior and the production manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret production plans to understand the necessary shapes and dimensions.
  • Perform folding and quality control of finished parts.
  • Adjust machines to achieve the required shapes and dimensions.
  • Install the necessary tools for each production order.
  • Perform various handling tasks to store finished products.
  • Maintain and clean their workstation (5S).
Additional Responsibilities for Plieur (H/F) Confirmé(e):
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
  • Complete production follow-up documents or use the system.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of necessary materials.
  • Report any malfunctions and propose improvements.
  • Take charge of assembling finished products.
  • Program folding presses (TRUMPF or AMADA machines).
Additional Responsibilities for Plieur (H/F) Expert(e):
  • Report technical issues and participate in incident resolution.
  • Train and supervise less experienced team members.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of measurement scales (cm, mm).
  • Ability to read plans, instructions, and technical documents.
  • Visual understanding of the finished product.
  • Manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in folding on numerical control machines.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in an industrial environment with folding on numerical control machines.
  • CAP in the metalworking sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of metalworking machines.
  • Excellent technical drawing reading skills.
  • Good knowledge of materials and equipment used.
Language:

The working language is French.
