Damiani Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at our boutique in Printemps Haussmann, Paris. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Damiani values and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Achievement:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual and boutique sales targets by providing extraordinary service, selling skills, and a positive attitude based on sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain good product knowledge and presentation skills to behave as a Damiani Brand Ambassador, ensuring a unique client experience throughout all touch points.
  • Successfully cultivate and maintain client relationships, and develop a new client base.
  • Assist clients with customer service needs, maintaining the brand's high standards.
  • Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiate and handle objections with ease.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Damiani CRM initiatives, partnering with management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects.
  • Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools.
  • Partner with management to develop a plan to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
  • Ensure each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service before, during, and after sales.

3. Daily Boutique Operations:

  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Damiani Group and boutique.
  • Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Reporting: Conduct brief and provide daily reports for HQ and local management.
  • Responsible for specific duties or assignments.
  • Contribute market environment information and competitor's business activities and luxury market trends.
