Description du Poste

OnCloud - Bouygues Telecom Entreprises recherche un Chef de Produit Marketing pour rejoindre son équipe de développement produit. Ce poste est responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de produit pour les offres cloud de l'entreprise.

Missions
  • Mener l'analyse du marché et la veille concurrentielle dans le domaine du cloud computing.
  • Porter la définition des offres de son portefeuille, et l'expérience client associée.
  • Construire et maintenir les business plans, met en place un suivi des indicateurs de performance sur son portefeuille avec le contrôle de gestion et les opérations.
  • Pilote le développement de ses offres avec les équipes techniques et commerciales.
  • Contribue à la communication interne, à la formation et à la promotion de ses offres.
  • Pilote la mise en place de tous les processus opérationnels.
  • Assure un suivi de la roadmap associée à ses produits, produit un reporting régulier à destination du management et des équipes impliquées.
Compétences et Expériences
  • Titulaire d'un Bac+5 informatique ou marketing.
  • 4 ans minimum d'expérience en marketing ou ingénierie cloud.
  • Expérience démontrée dans l'application des principes du marketing produit : positionnement marché, segmentation client, parcours client, pricing, analyse fonctionnalités / bénéfices etc.
  • Culture projet : le développement produit au sein du CoE Infra & Cloud fait intervenir des équipes agiles, et le chef de produit aura un rôle crucial pour assurer la coordination des intervenants et faire progresser ses projets de manière fluide et transparente.
  • Capacité à communiquer et à convaincre démontrée, écrite et orale.
  • Capacité de synthèse et capacité à prendre des décisions dans un environnement complexe.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (compréhension orale et écrite) indispensable.
