We are in search of a results-driven and dealer-focused Network Operations Manager to establish and manage a network of certified workshops. This initiative aims to support robust growth in our Services & Solutions sector while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a vital member of the Services & Solutions Team, you will report directly to the Head of Services & Solutions and play a crucial role in executing the services we offer to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the support service agreement with Volvo Group and Renault Group for retail operations.
- Establish and finalize the Service Level Agreement with chosen repair workshops.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket team and Sales and Marketing to design and implement efficient and innovative retail processes and tools.
- Pursue best practices through continuous performance enhancements within the retail sector.
- Participate in projects aimed at aligning or developing workshop processes, identifying synergies to boost customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure and assist our Sales & Marketing and Services & Solutions teams in proactively managing workshop processes, retail strategies, and striving for a high-performing network. This includes the consolidation and monitoring of various KPIs, audits, customer satisfaction initiatives, and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in services, aftermarket, or sales and retail.
- Prior experience in B2B environments.
- Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Innovative and proactive mindset.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with French language skills being a plus.
