Territory Manager

The Federation ADMR of Loir-et-Cher is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee the South Sector of the department. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the local community and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Animate the ADMR network on the territory of the South Sector of the Department, ensuring the application of the Federation's policy and orientations, and ensuring respect for the values of ADMR.
• Ensure the interest of beneficiaries by respecting their integrity and guaranteeing them a quality service.
• Manage, coordinate, and animate the teams of Service Houses on the territory.
• Accompany local associations on the territory.

• Animation and management of Service Houses, team Life:
  • Contribute to the organization and management of work within Service Houses with the aim of ensuring continuity of service.
  • Contribute to the organization, implementation, and evaluation of responses to the expectations and needs of beneficiaries.
• Accompany teams on complex situation management.
• Aid Sector Managers in accompanying home care teams.
• Support the development of human resources within Local Associations.
• Develop local partnerships in conjunction with Service Houses.
• Support associative and statutory life of Local Associations.
• Advise the President on the management of services specific to Local Associations.
• Animation of the link between Service Houses and the Federation.
• Participation in Federation meetings.

• Contribute to supporting ADMR services at the request of the Director.

• Hold a degree of at least bac + 3.
• Be able to work in a team.
• Be able to manage personnel.
• Have knowledge of aid at home policies and financing.
• Adhere to associative principles and the ADMR project.
• Be able to evaluate priorities.
• Master the use of available computer tools.
• Apply professional deontology.
• Master the content of Sector Manager and Assistant Technician missions.
