LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment, interim management, and expert evaluations, is seeking a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator for a permanent opportunity. Our client is a prominent player in the acquisition and management of urban transport vehicle fleets with drivers (VTC) and is looking to expand its operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition and management of VTC vehicle fleets. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing the driver requirements within your fleet.
  • Assigning teams and vehicles to new hires.
  • Monitoring the condition of your fleet (status, incidents, maintenance).
  • Creating teammate groups and managing their efficiency.
  • Providing support to drivers to resolve issues, manage vehicle changes, and handle leave requests.
  • Communicating relevant information to drivers.
  • Processing driver requests (leave modifications, ongoing vacations, etc.).
  • Coordinating maintenance appointments.
  • Addressing driver inquiries regarding updates or incidents related to vehicles.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A background in logistics or transport operations.
  • Proficiency in office tools, along with proven leadership and team organization skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities, with fluent English (knowledge of Spanish would be a significant advantage).
